Carolyn Celestine Thomas, chef and owner of Celestine’s Catering Company, has been cooking since she learned how to walk. She learned from her mom, who was the first to introduce Carolyn to “southern cooking.” Carolyn’s family is from the Eastern Shores of Virginia and South Carolina. Since then, she’s been cooking for family events and parties for friends until one day she woke up and decided to fulfill her dream of having her own catering business. After 2 years of baking pies for family friends and businesses for the holidays, she decided to focus her energy on Celestine’s Catering Company!!!! Now there’s no turning back!!!
